The next in our series of insights into how businesses are handling the Covid-19 crisis focuses on the retail sector. We caught up with Jamie Lawson of Asda, one of the UK’s largest retailers to learn about their response to the current crisis.
About Jamie Lawson
Jamie has worked for Asda for over 10 years and worked on various large scale projects. Recently he has worked on the implementation of the organisational design and development strategy for the entire UK business. He has led the people agenda for around 6,000 colleagues in the North of England, with responsibility for recruitment, learning & development, talent management, change and engagement. Currently a senior leader within Reward, Jamie has responsibility for the pay and reward strategy for colleagues throughout the UK.
