Temporary Customer Service Advisors – (Gateshead)

We’re recruiting enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to support a fast-paced, high-profile campaign launching in October. 

This short-term role is ideal for those who thrive in a busy, customer-focused environment and enjoy delivering excellent service across phone and email channels.

The Role

• Location: Gateshead contact centre 

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

• Duration: Approximately 3 months

• Start Date: Training to begin by 5th October

• Rate of Pay:£12.94 per hour. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling inbound calls and emails from customers, providing prompt and friendly support

• Managing queries efficiently, using multiple systems and dual screens

• Ensuring every interaction reflects high standards of professionalism and empathy

• Adapting quickly to campaign-specific processes and systems

What We’re Looking For

• Proven customer service experience

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Confidence using IT systems and navigating multiple screens

• A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes quickly
