We’re hiring Fraud Advisors to join a growing team protecting customers from financial crime. No previous fraud experience required – full training is provided.

If you’ve worked in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a call centre, this could be the perfect next step.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Speaking with customers to support them with fraud concerns

· Investigating suspicious activity

· Helping protect customers and their finances

· Delivering excellent customer service on every call

What We’re Looking For

· Good communication skills

· A positive, customer-focused attitude

· Basic IT skills (comfortable using computers and multiple systems)

· Willingness to learn and develop

· Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Shift Pattern

· 5 days out of 7 (Monday to Sunday)

· Rotational shifts between 8:00am and 11:00pm
