Patient Care Advisor

Location: Hull

Salary:£12.71 per hour

  • Full Time | Temporary

  • Start date: 3rd August 2026

Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week

  • Monday to Friday between 07:00am and 07:00pm (8 hours per day)

  • Saturdays: 08:00am01:00pm on a rotational basis

  • Office-based role only (no hybrid working)

 

Greenbean Recruitment are proud to be recruiting on behalf of Cora Healthcare for passionate and customer-focused Patient Care Advisors to join their growing Diagnostics team in Hull.

As a Patient Care Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting patients throughout their diagnostic journey, ensuring they receive a professional, efficient, and compassionate service from the first point of contact through to their appointment and results.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering a warm and professional patient experience, managing enquiries, coordinating appointments, and supporting the smooth running of diagnostic services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administration support and managing patient-related data

  • Handling telephone enquiries and supporting patients with queries relating to Diagnostics services

  • Booking patient appointments fordiagnostic

    services

  • Processing imaging results and updating internal systems

  • Supporting image processing and uploading

  • Managing and processing patient-related calls

  • Ensuring patient information is recorded accurately and securely

  • Excellent communicators with strong telephone skills

  • Experienced in delivering high levels of customer service

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment

 

Previous experience within a contact centre, healthcare, administration, or customer service environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
