​We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales or telemarketing professional to join a leading software company as Sales Development Representative.

This role has a starting salary of £24,000- £31,000 working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. You will benefit from hybrid-working with 3 days working from home and 2 in our Quorum Park offices.

About the role:

• Initiating outbound calls with businesses, as well as contacting existing customers in a warm manner to up/cross-sell services

• Follow up with customers via emails and telephone calls, identify their problems, and advise solutions of products

• Place a minimum number of outbound calls and emails each day to generate opportunity, as well as meet sales goals and maintain accurate daily records of sales in a sales tracker and CRM system

• Manage Inbound sales calls, securing and placing sales orders as well as identifying sales opportunities to pass to the Sales Executives for further qualification and deal closure

• Track and present weekly results, establish meetings and manage your own pipeline

About you

• Experience in either sales or telemarketing

• Organisational skill and the ability to multitask, prioritising in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage sensitive and critical client information

• Experience with Web Based Applications, Sales automation tools and Windows

• Excellent problem solving, decision-making, verbal and written communication skills
