We began a partnership with an iconic British fashion house in 2010 to supply agency workers for their warehouse and global distribution centre based in Northern England. greenbean by NRG manages the clients flexible staffing model all year round, with a significant increase in demand during the festive trading and international sales periods.
The service provided includes a dedicated Account Team which is based on site. The team is fully embedded with the client’s HR team and uses integrated technology, enabling effective data controls and detailed management information. By working closely with the client’s in-house HR team, the greenbean Account Team is able to recommend and implement ongoing process improvements.
Comprehensive screening and vetting checks of candidates by the greenbean team ensures legislative controls are in place.
Quarter 4 is the busiest trading period for this internationally recognised luxury brand, and the demand for flexible workers increases by more than 400% during this time of year. To support this seasonal fluctuation in workforce requirements, the greenbean MSP (Managed Service Provision) model becomes a full time, on site project, with a dedicated recruitment and assessment team, covering a 24/7 site operation.
Fluctuations in demand, driven by customer purchasing behaviour, can add up to a further 25% increase headcount and service provision requirements.
