Connect Health is a North East headquartered physiotherapy business delivering outsourced health contracts to NHS and commercial organisations throughout the UK – and they have an aggressive growth strategy. NRG has successfully recruited at Executive Board level, professional infrastructure roles and for their volume customer service appointments, supporting permanent and contract hires.
Connect Health identified the need to realign their attraction and recruitment processes to align with the Group’s growth strategy. They needed a partner with expertise in recruitment, supporting Employer Brand Proposition and developing recruitment processes to ensure a positive, interactive candidate experience.
NRG was engaged to review existing recruitment methods and processes for Referral Management Centre (Customer Service Operations), develop an attraction strategy, design and deliver a new fit for purpose selection process and deliver high calibre, engaged candidates.
This comprehensive work stream was successfully delivered by NRG, providing support and expertise to the senior management team and group stakeholders.
In parallel, the business has already commenced other project streams to:
- Evaluate team leader structure to identify development needs, capability gaps and create a structure for future appointments either external or via internal promotion
- Review, develop and implement an enhanced and meaningful on-boarding programme to include welcome, training, induction and mentoring phases
- Reviewed the company values to ensure they are truly reflective of the business and its new direction – values which will underpin all future resourcing
Essentially all of the above work streams will provide solid foundation for future resourcing and staff retention. The evaluation project was completed successfully and NRG continue to work in partnership with Connect Health to deliver resourcing solutions, under the greenbean by NRG partnership model.
