Dean is a seasoned and diligent Recruitment & Talent Management professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. His focus over the last 12 years has been primarily channelled towards the change & transformation and financial services sectors. This has allowed him to masterfully deliver strategic hiring and project solutions for diverse clients, ranging from agile SMEs to dominant global enterprises.

Recently, Dean has pivoted towards client engagement and corporate sales. His refined approach enables organisations to seamlessly achieve their headcount and hiring objectives through an array of tailored partnership and project strategies.  

Dean understands the challenges recruitment projects can present to a business, and he loves tackling talent problems by creating bespoke partnership solutions - designed to de-risk and de-stress projects, recruitment campaigns, or BAU recruitment. 

Living and working in the West of Scotland, (Greenbean now has a Scottish office!) with his wife, 3 children, 1 dog, 3 chickens, and a Tortoise, Dean is an active RNLI lifeboat volunteer and takes every opportunity to take to the water with his family & friends for a spot of paddleboarding, kayaking or boating.
