Georgia joined our graduate scheme in 2014 and quickly established herself within the contact centre sector. Known for her ability to navigate complex resourcing challenges, she consistently translates business needs into well-executed, high-impact talent solutions.

Today, Georgia leads a specialist team delivering volume permanent and temporary recruitment programmes across the UK. Her approach is grounded in partnership, working closely with clients to understand their goals and delivering solutions that are both effective and scalable.

With deep expertise across the full recruitment lifecycle, from attraction and assessment through to candidate engagement, vetting and pre-employment screening, Georgia ensures every project is delivered with precision and care. She is passionate about creating seamless experiences that work for both clients and candidates, underpinned by a strong focus on quality and consistency.

Outside of work, Georgia enjoys dining out and has a particular appreciation for a good bottle of Malbec.
