Sarah is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in the contact centre industry. 

Throughout her distinguished career, Sarah has held leadership positions across a diverse array of sectors such as retail, banking, insurance, and outsourced operations. He roles in operational and business transformation projects highlight her dedication to the industry and her skill in effecting meaningful change. Sarah’s most profound passion lies in nurturing the development of individuals’ skills and knowledge, a pursuit that aligns seamlessly with Greenbean’s core mission. 

Leveraging her experience as Membership Director at the CCMA, and Lead Judge for the UK National Contact Centre Awards (UKNCCA) and the European Contact Centre and Customer service awards (ECCCSA), Sarah is set to launch and advance Greenbean’s new client solutions.

In her personal life, Sarah is married to Paul and has two children, Layla, and Sonny. She loves anything outdoorsy, especially walking her two dogs, Labrador Alan, and Cavalier Marley.

Sarah also loves the gym and you’re most likely to see her down at her local lake paddle boarding and cold-water swimming.  If she’s not there she’ll be socialising with her family and friends and enjoying a good bottle of wine.
