This is not your usual customer service role and is ideally suited to those who are able to remain calm under pressure.

Based at our purpose-built high security Alarm Receiving Centre in North Tyneside you’ll be part of a specialist team of Alarm Response Handlers that provide immediate response to customers when their security alarm is triggered.

You’ll receive full training on how to remotely navigate the system, take charge of the incident, identify any triggers and take immediate action which may include liaison with police and other emergency services

Working hours

We have a variety of full and part-time shift patterns available. Full-time between 7am to 10pm Monday - Sunday and part time shfits are typically 6am - 1.30pm, 4pm - 10pm or 10pm - 3am.
