Job description

We are looking for a Claims Support Agent to join our team at Quorum Park, North Tyneside.

This role is working Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 am to 4 pm - No Weekends or Evenings. Upon completion of an initial training period, you will also enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working giving you a blend of home and office working.

The role

  • Working closely with suppliers and operations you'll ensure that all transactions are processed quickly, accurately, and at the lowest cost to the business

  • Handle work allocated to you by your Team Manager in line with agreed authority levels

  • Manage a wide range of payment types within permitted authority limits, based on claims requirements

  • Maintain Claims Support workflow to a high standard, ensuring all actions are documented correctly and promptly, and Claims systems are kept accurate and up to date

  • Processing incoming and outgoing post/documentation to ensure it is directed to the relevant recipient.

  • Support the Claims function in meeting customers’ needs and delivering continuous service improvements

About you

  • Ability to react quickly to changing Claims processes

  • Proactively react to incoming workflows

  • Ability to multitask between numerous systems and portals
