We are looking for a Claims Support Agent to join our team at Quorum Park, North Tyneside.
This role is working Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 am to 4 pm - No Weekends or Evenings. Upon completion of an initial training period, you will also enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working giving you a blend of home and office working.
Working closely with suppliers and operations you'll ensure that all transactions are processed quickly, accurately, and at the lowest cost to the business
Handle work allocated to you by your Team Manager in line with agreed authority levels
Manage a wide range of payment types within permitted authority limits, based on claims requirements
Maintain Claims Support workflow to a high standard, ensuring all actions are documented correctly and promptly, and Claims systems are kept accurate and up to date
Processing incoming and outgoing post/documentation to ensure it is directed to the relevant recipient.
Support the Claims function in meeting customers’ needs and delivering continuous service improvements
Ability to react quickly to changing Claims processes
Proactively react to incoming workflows
Ability to multitask between numerous systems and portals
Hybrid working - minimum of 8 days per month in the office
