We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Collection Advisers to join a team in Durham.
This is a hybrid role with currently 1 day per month in the office.
The focus of this role is to build strong relationships and deliver a world-class service to new and existing customers, as well as third-party relationships.

Salary & Benefits:
Great working hours - 37 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm!
Starting salary of £22k

Responsibilities:
Excellent customer care and collections experience
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
Advising and support customers to ensure accounts are paid to the terms of their contract
Deal with all calls professionally and in a timely manner
Look at opportunities to maximise cash collection and minimise uncollectible amounts
Support credit control and the wider team and business
About you:
Excellent customer service skills
Demonstrate strong influencing and problem-solving skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills who can build positive relationships
Strong IT skills specifically Microsoft Word and Excel
