Job description

We’re looking to recruit dynamic, enthusiastic and customer-focused Contact Centre Advisors to join an expanding operation in Manchester city centre.

We are looking for someone that is passionate about meeting targets whilst delivering a world-class customer experience.

Working on behalf of some of the biggest brands in the world, you will use your excellent communication skills to speak with customers about the products and services available to them.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Starting salary of £23,900

  • Monthly bonus scheme

  • Great working hours Monday to Thursday 10am – 6.30pm and early finish on a Friday. No weekends!

  • Manchester City Centre office

Responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound calls from customers looking to discuss products and services

  • Making outbound calls to existing customers that are coming to the end of their agreement and discussing renewal options

  • Working towards - and consistently meeting - customer service and sales targets

  • Ensuring your calls are compliant and meet quality standards

  • Working together as a team to achieve the best results

About you:

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role where you have had to meet targets

  • Passionate about customer experience

  • Able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
