Job description
We’re looking to recruit dynamic, customer-focused Contact Centre Advisors to join an expanding operation in Bradford. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is passionate about meeting targets, whilst delivering first-class customer experience.
With a starting salary of £23,900, monthly bonus scheme and 25 days annual leave + bank holidays you’ll be working on behalf of some of the biggest brands in the world.
Working hours
Working hours are between Monday – Thursday 10am-6:30pm with an early finish on Fridays and every weekend free to yourself!
Responsibilities:
Taking inbound calls from customers looking to discuss products and services
Making outbound calls to existing customers that are coming to the end of their agreement and discussing renewal options
Working towards - and consistently meeting - customer service and sales targets
Ensuring your calls are compliant and meet quality standards
Working together as a team to achieve the best results
About you:
Previous experience in a customer-focused role where you have had to meet targets
Passionate about customer experience
Able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Experience of financial services or an FCA regulated environment is a strong advantage.
