Job description

We’re looking to recruit dynamic, customer-focused Contact Centre Advisors to join an expanding operation in Bradford. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is passionate about meeting targets, whilst delivering first-class customer experience.

With a starting salary of £23,900, monthly bonus scheme and 25 days annual leave + bank holidays you’ll be working on behalf of some of the biggest brands in the world.

Working hours

Working hours are between Monday – Thursday 10am-6:30pm with an early finish on Fridays and every weekend free to yourself!

Responsibilities: 

  • Taking inbound calls from customers looking to discuss products and services 

  • Making outbound calls to existing customers that are coming to the end of their agreement and discussing renewal options 

  • Working towards - and consistently meeting - customer service and sales targets 

  • Ensuring your calls are compliant and meet quality standards 

  • Working together as a team to achieve the best results 

About you: 

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role where you have had to meet targets 

  • Passionate about customer experience 

  • Able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment 

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative 

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels 

  • Experience of financial services or an FCA regulated environment is a strong advantage.
