We have an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant contact centre in Manchester. This role is a brilliant opportunity for experienced sales leader to accelerate their earnings and learnings in a fast-paced, fun, and challenging environment. You’ll enjoy a starting salary of up to £36,000 with uncapped bonus and realistic OTE of £55,000 - £60,000.

We are looking for someone that can drive performance in a target-driven environment and is passionate about people development, process improvement and customer experience!

The Role:

  • Inspire and motivate your team of 12 sales executives to convert warm leads from industry leading partners

  • Drive the sales performance of your team to ensure they consistently achieving their KPI’s 

  • Assess and identify training needs to improve your team’s performance 

  • Use your experience and understanding of sales methodologies to coach and develop your team 

  • Be ambitious and driven to meet and exceed targets whilst ensuring the customers are at the heart of every decision 

  • Create a fun and motivating environment 

  • Work in collaboration with the rest of the sales management team to ensure success and a positive influence, celebrating the successes and wins

What we are looking for:

  • Over 18-months sales leadership experience gained in a fast-paced and high-activity telephone-based environment

  • Hands-on approach to sales management, coaching and development 

  • Previous experience of working in a consultative target-based sales environment, either B2B or B2C

  • Customer-focused and quality driven

  • Self-motivated, ambitious, resilient and determined

  • Ability to manage and drive performance

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels

  • Commercially aware with the ability to balance outcomes for customer and partners
