Do you have customer service experience within a contact centre environment?
Are you looking for a hybrid-working role where you may spend up to half of your time remote working?
We’re looking for people with the ability to relate and empathise with customers who are experiencing financial difficulties – ideally from a collections or recoveries background.
Based out of our award-winning contact centre in Morley you’ll work a minimum of 1 weekend day per week, and some shifts finishing at 7pm.
This unique and rewarding role requires the right candidate to be empowered to make decisions to support customers experiencing difficulties and deliver an excellent service at every touchpoint for customers who are struggling.
It is pivotal that we drive a supportive, empathetic, and fair outcome for customers and this role will demand a passion for excellent customer experience and a desire to improve how customers flow through our collections journey.
