As a Customer Service Advisor, you will find yourself at the centre of customer interactions, where every interaction is a golden opportunity to shine.

Your duties will include:

  • Fearlessly handling customer calls, expertly navigating queries, processing orders, and providing invaluable advice with an air of confidence.

  • Processing orders, ensuring utmost precision to prevent errors, and swiftly managing secure payment processing.

  • Transforming customer complaints into catalysts for improvementto drive outstanding customer experiences.

  • Collaborating seamlessly with various departments to monitor stock levels, manufacturing timelines, and delivery dates, ensuring a top-class experience for every customer.

  • Becoming a master of coordination, liaising effortlessly with couriers and customers to guarantee timely deliveries that leave lasting impressions.

  • Embracing general administration duties with flair, showcasing your knack for multitasking

  • A Microsoft Office Wizz to help navigate customer inquiries.

What’s in it for you:

  • 37.50 hours per week, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm – No weekends!

  • Holidays:  25.00 days + Bank Holidays

  • Currently trialling “Flexi Friday”.- The 6 months trial period commenced on Monday 6th March 2023 and if successful may be implemented across the business. Lunch break reduced to 30 minutes (originally 1 hour) accumulate the extra 30 minutes to allow 1 x Friday off per month, that’s an extra 12 Fridays off per year!(Scheduled by rota to manage the department workload and staff have the option to opt-out.)
