We’re looking for Customer Service Advisors to join NHS Fleet Solutions at Cobalt Business Park, North Tyneside.

NHS Fleet Solutions, managed by Northumbria Healthcare Foundation Trust is the UK’s original public sector salary sacrifice scheme, offering brand-new cars on lease.

Working within a fast-paced contact centre environment you will handle incoming queries via telephone and email regarding all aspects of the lease scheme; from the financial aspects, and different makes and models of cars available, to managing delivery of vehicles, and the evaluation of quotations for repairs.

This is a highly rewarding role, with a team-orientated approach. You will receive plenty of support so you’re able to perform this role with confidence. You will work 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with flexible working available and receive a basic salary of £23,177 per annum and public sector benefits package.

About you

The successful candidate will be well-organized with excellent communication skills and possess recent experience in a customer service or business administration environment. You’ll be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and have the ability to meet tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
