Job description
A leading software company are looking for a number of Technical Support Representatives to join their customer support operation. You will be taking calls from customers that need your support by triaging their call, running diagnostics, providing technical advice, and ensuring you deliver a positive outcome.
This role offers a salary of £24,000 working from home Monday, Tuesday and Friday. There are two shifts available for this role:
Option 1: 12:00– 20:00 (Permanent)
Option 2: 9.00 -17:30pm (2 weeks) 12:00 – 20:00 (2 weeks)

About the role:
This role will involve taking accountability for the customer’s situation, diagnosing problems and creating solutions to best fit their needs.
Deliver world class customer experience on every call to build strong relationships with customers and add value and understand their future needs
Working hard to understand any app updates and service updates to ensure you can always help your customersShare best practice and knowledge with your team
About you:
Previous experience in a customer support role
Ability to communicate complex information in simple terms, and empathise with customers to see their point of view
Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative
Self-motivated, ambitious and determined, with excellent communication skills at all levels
