Working hours: 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday between 8:30am – 5:00pm with flextime.
Salary: £27,000 + bonus + benefits

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of meter and AMR installations, exchanges, removals and updates
Ensure accurate sourcing and updating of Meter Asset Manager (MAM) data
Identify and resolve meter/AMR data discrepancies promptly
Handle industry meter reading rejections and ensure timely resolutions
Liaise with metering partners, suppliers, customers and internal teams to resolve queries
Support smart and AMR meter rollout strategy
Coordinate with metering agencies to request or re-sync devices within SLAs
Ensure accurate and timely meter reading submissions to the industry
Process industry data flows and maintain accurate supply point records
Deliver high levels of service to support operational and sales functions
Produce regular and ad hoc reports

Flexible and willing to support other business areas when needed
It’d be great if you also have:
Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Experience in an energy supplier operations role
Familiarity with third-party agents like MAMs or MOPs
Advanced Excel skills
