Greenbean Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our team on a temporary basis to help us source top talent for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Source qualified candidates using recruitment channels and tools.

  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.

  • Manage candidate records in our system.

  • Engage with candidates and provide updates.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and market changes.

  • Collaborate with consultants and assist with administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Excellent organisation and time management abilities.

  • Team player with client-focused mindset.

  • Ability to handle confidential information.
