Job description
We’re looking to recruit an experienced Resource Planning Manager for a newly created role based in Newcastle upon Tyne. Working closely with the Director of Operations the Resource Planning Manager will design, develop, and implement a forecasting process that enables the clinical operation to deliver an industry-leading customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of analysts to create a high-performing culture that focuses on delivering an industry-leading customer experience within clinical operations.
Design, develop and implement forecasting processes that support clinical services.
Be the main point of contact for performance, providing advice and support to senior stakeholders.
Use data to help drive continual improvement in forecasting and demand planning.
Create demand and staffing models to predict future referrals and appointments.
About you:
Previous experience leading resource planning teams, ideally within a clinical setting although a strong background in contact centre and/or field planning will be considered.
Significant hands-on experience in operations and forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling.
Experience leading, managing, and driving the performance of others.
Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative.
Excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills at all levels.
