We are currently hiring Retentions and Sales Advisors in Derby to join our client's Customer Service/Sales team in a hybrid working environment. What the role looks like:

As a Retentions and Sales Advisor, you will be an integral part of our client's team, handling inbound calls from customers considering changes to their TV, Broadband, or Mobile subscriptions. Your mission will be to engage in informative and enjoyable conversations, understanding the customer's needs and addressing any concerns they may have. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to listen empathetically, offer tailored solutions, apply enticing offers and ensure customers have the best-value packages.
