We have an opportunity for a Senior Operations Manager to join a business operating in the UK utilities industry for over 25 years as they go through an exciting period of change and transformation.

The Senior Operations Manager will help drive staff engagement and operational performance through strong leadership, positive communication, and regular coaching. This role would suit someone from either a contact centre or field operations background with a proven track record in creating high performing and engaged teams.

This is a remote-working field operations role with regular travel throughout North of England & Scotland. In addition to a basic salary of £45,5000 to £50,000 DOE, you will receive a car or car allowance, annual performance related bonus, fuel card, 25 days holiday + bank holidays and more!

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience to leading front line leaders and the performance of their teams in a large complex operation, ideally within an outsourcing or field services environment

• Passion for nurturing talent and creating a culture of success

• Experience managing client relationships • Experience analysing data to change and drive optimum service delivery including workforce planning requirements

• Previous experience in customer experience, continuous improvement, and process improvement

• Experience managing change in a fast-paced and agile environment

• Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative

• Excellent communication skills at all levels
