Talking Talent: CX Gathering – Wednesday 4 September

Our next Talking Talent CX Gathering will take place:

Date: Wednesday 4 September

Time: 9.00 am to 12.00 pm

Where: Greenbean and NRG offices, The NEON Building, Quorum Park, Newcastle.

This quarterly event brings together customer experience professionals from across the North East region for structured, peer-led discussion and insight sharing.

At the last session, CX leaders from Sage, NewDay and END Clothing shared how they report customer experience at executive level, sparking valuable conversations around messaging, consistency, and finding the right balance of detail in board-level reporting.

Building on that momentum, the September session will include:

  • Exec Reporting Show & Tell – Attendees are encouraged to bring examples of their executive-level CX reporting to present informally on the day.

  • Tackling Topical CX Issues – This new format invites participants to share real-world challenges. Sage and NewDay will lead by sharing how they're using reporting to address the issue of repeat callers.

Whether you're looking to test ideas, explore solutions, or simply hear how others are approaching similar challenges, this is a valuable opportunity to connect with peers in a supportive, insight-rich environment.
