Join us for a morning of award‑winning best practice sharing during an exclusive visit to Teleperformance at their Gateshead site.
Taking place on11 March 2026, this inaugural session invites the North East contact centre community to step inside an organisation that has set the benchmark for people-first culture. Attendees are invited to arrive from 8.30am for coffee and conversation, with the session running from 9.00am until 11.00am.
Teleperformance is a two-time winner of People-Centric Organisation of the Year and was also crowned Contact Centre of the Year (over 250 seats) in 2024. This visit will explore what sits behind those accolades and what it really looks like when people are genuinely at the heart of an organisation.
Attendees will hear directly from the teams behind the awards, gaining insight into how a clear commitment to colleague experience has been translated into day-to-day reality. From sustained investment in the colleague proposition, to meaningful engagement with the local community and a deep focus on inclusion and belonging, it is clear this approach is not a set of initiatives, but part of the organisation’s fabric.
What stood out to the judging panel, and what visitors will experience first-hand, is the consistency between intent and impact. The passion for creating an environment where people feel valued, supported and able to thrive is evident not only in exceptional engagement scores, but in the lived experiences of colleagues across the business. Regardless of role, location, capability or background, there is a genuine sense of belonging.
If you’ve ever wanted to understand what a People Centric Organisation looks and feels like in practice, this session will bring it to life.
