Greenbean RPO is working in partnership with Ocado to recruit Customer Advisors for their award-winning Customer Hub in Sunderland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, supportive environment and build a career in customer service.

Shift options & salary

We have two shift patterns available:

• Lates shift – 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, between 15:30 – 00:00 (weekends on rotation)
  Salary: £25,570 per year

• Compressed shift – 36 hours per week over 3 days (Friday–Sunday), between 12:00 – 00:00
  Salary: £24,547 per year

Shift allocation will be confirmed during recruitment.

About the role

As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be the friendly voice and helping hand for Ocado customers, supporting them across phone, email, and web chat. You’ll solve problems, answer questions, and make sure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.

You’ll also work closely with your team, because we know collaboration is key to delivering great service.
