What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience. Your role will include:

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and chats from existing customers

  • Resolving queries and providing product and service support

  • Managing customer accounts and updating records accurately

  • Ensuring each interaction is a positive one that reflects our brand

  • Working closely with internal teams to resolve technical or service issues

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A genuine passion for helping customers

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Tech-savvy and able to learn systems quickly

  • A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit
