We are working with a client based in Glasgow city centre to recruit a number of Customer Service Advisors on a temporary ongoing basis, potentially leading to a permanent role for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will need to be fully flexible to work shift patterns Monday - Sunday, with various shift patterns to choose from including a 4-day working week!
Full training will be provided, however experience of working within a financial position, or a good strong customer service background is extremely beneficial as you will be required to navigate through numerous internal systems whilst providing outstanding customer care.
