As a Customer Service Advisor, you will leverage your excellent listening and rapport-building skills to deliver an unparalleled customer experience. You'll take ownership of each customer interaction and apply your judgement to resolve enquiries effectively. Rest assured, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you excel in your role.
We offer various shift patterns and start dates across our Credit Cards and General Insurance departments, including:
A 5-week rotation, with hours between 08:00 – 19:30 Monday – Friday, and 1 in 5 full weekends, featuring a shorter shift of 09:00 – 14:00 with a scheduled day off.
A late shift, operating between the hours of 13:00 – 21:00 Monday – Friday.
A 4-day week, with hours from 09:00 – 20:00 Wednesday - Saturday.
