What You’ll Do
As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers — offering guidance, resolving queries, and providing excellent service across various channels (phone, chat, email, etc.).
Whether it’s helping someone log in, answering questions about products, or guiding them through technical issues, you’ll make every interaction count.

Previous customer service or contact centre experience
Clear communication skills and a friendly, professional tone
