£24,000 starting (rising to £26,000 with progression) + uncapped commission (OTE up to £50,000)
Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm | 37.5 hrs per week
29 days’ holiday (increasing to 31 after 1 year)

The Role
As a Retentions Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers looking to leave, and your job will be to retain their trust in Verisure. You’ll:
Handle inbound calls from existing customers
Resolve escalated complaints with care and professionalism
Build long-term relationships and deliver exceptional service
Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
What We’re Looking For
Confident handling objections and difficult conversations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and computer literate (MS Office)
Customer-focused with a positive, team-driven attitude
