Role: Sales and Retentions Advisor – 3 Month Fixed-term Contract

Location: Based on site in the Middlesbrough office.

Hours: Full time (40 hours) per week between the hours of 8am- 8pm Monday to Sunday

Salary of £21, 673 per annum (fortnightly pay) plus bonus opportunity (up to around £350 a month!)

About the role:

As an Inbound Sales and Retentions Agent you will ensure that customers receive a high level of service through offering support, listening and promoting products and services which meets the needs and expectations of both new and existing customers.

It is a highly satisfying and challenging role based in a multi-award winning contact centre in Middlesbrough.

Your role will include sales, customer service and renewals across multiple contact channels including voice, webchat, email and white mail.

The majority of your day will be spent communicating with customers who have called through - providing them with new quotes, discussing policy features and dealing with their queries, so you’ll need to love communicating with people and building strong relationships.
