greenbean worked in partnership with Ilke Homes to support significant ramp up activity aligned with the growth plans of the business at their Knaresborough site.
Whilst Ilke Homes had an existing infrastructure and workforce they needed a high-impact recruitment mobilisation model to deliver against their ambitious expansion plans.
greenbean operated a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model which included:
Dedicated integrated delivery team including Partnership Director, Delivery Lead, Delivery Partners and Resourcers.
Innovative, sustainable attraction plan to include social media, persona marketing and employer value proposition (EVP)
Design and delivery of an engaging recruitment and selection process - including the introduction of virtual assessment centres (Covid safe model)
Candidate engagement strategy including offer and onboarding.
Communication and governance strategy – recruitment activity dashboard, spend analysis, MI & benchmarking.
Leadership Profiling and feedback Sessions to support transition and change of business strategy.
Through seamless integration into the Ilke HR team, greenbean worked closely with HR and Operational stakeholders to deliver against a 12-month delivery plan from January 2021 to January 2022. Working across several areas of the business we successfully delivered against the project milestones. Roles included:
