Customer Advisers – (Compressed shifts )
Contract: Permanent
Compressed shift – 36 hours per week over 3 days (Friday–Sunday), between 12:00 – 00:00
Salary: £24,547 per year
Location: Sunderland City Centre, SR1 3AD – great transport links and hybrid working options after probation
Start date: 23rd February 2025

About the role
As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be the friendly voice and helping hand for Ocado customers, supporting them across phone, email, and web chat. You’ll solve problems, answer questions, and make sure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.
You’ll also work closely with your team, because we know collaboration is key to delivering great service.
