Verisure, Europe’s leading supplier of Smart Alarms for homes and businesses were looking to relocate its contact and alarm receiving centre out of London in a move that would enable them to attract and recruit the talent they need to facilitate its ambitious plans for growth.
Working closely with several inward investment agencies, the greenbean team was engaged in discussions at an early stage in Verisure's due diligence and decision-making on where to locate their brand-new Centre of Excellence. After considering various cities they chose the North East of England and appointed greenbean as its recruitment partner of choice in January 2020.
Whilst some of the senior team would be relocating to Newcastle from London, Verisure needed to hire a new management team across multiple business areas to support their rapid expansion plans. They also needed volume hiring of front-line agents into its complex and high security 24/7 365 operations. Our partnership was a project to support their internal talent acquisition team.
As an unknown brand in the North East, we mobilised dedicated resources including a highly experienced senior and specialist contact centre talent partner and a delivery team to work closely with their COO and Talent Manager to establish and build their employer proposition. The team spent time on-site to understand Verisure's culture, values, and vision and the skills and behaviours required for each role to be able to attract the best senior, specialist, and front-line customer service talent in the region.
