Our client is looking for an Outbound Booking Co-Ordinator to join their team! This is a fantastic role for someone who is self-motivated and thrives in a customer-focused role.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Smart Support Field Manager to support the Smart Support field workforce. This involves scheduling work efficiently, managing logistics, and booking appointments via outbound and inbound calls. You will take responsibility for customer care activities within a designated geographical area, ensuring an exceptional level of service is maintained.
Working Hours:
Full-time flexible basis between 8am - 8pm, Monday-Saturday, working 40 hours per week.
Requirements:
Dedicated to the provision of excellent customer service
Professional telephone manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
Attention to detail, ensuring accurate data capture
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Results-driven with the ability to work to and exceed targets
Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems
Ability to influence and negotiate effectively
Ability to work closely with key stakeholders
Experience in scheduling and planning appointments is desirable
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and place bookings for smart support visits in line with contract SLA requirements
Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to schedule appointments
Plan and schedule booked appointments efficiently within a designated geographical area
Optimise engineer schedules to maximise efficiency and productivity
Work towards and exceed individual and departmental targets
Provide excellent customer service and use persuasion where necessary to confirm bookings
Ensure high-quality and accurate bookings are made
Manage short-notice appointments effectively
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Field Manager to ensure smooth operations
Communicate with customers via email to generate and confirm appointments
Manage customer expectations in line with business policies, escalating where necessary
