We’re Looking For
2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a digital or contact center environment.
Excellent written communication skills and fast, accurate typing.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work a 35-hour week, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
