Greenbean is recruiting on behalf of a renowned energy supplier in Bury for a Customer Service Delivery Coordinator. You will be working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with a competitive salary of £24,000 – £25,000 + bonus + benefits, plus excellent career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients via telephone, email, and live chat

  • Accurately process customer requests in a timely manner

  • Proactively resolve customer queries, ensuring high satisfaction levels

  • Ensure accurate data entry and setup of customer accounts

  • Excellent multitasking abilities to manage a high volume of tasks efficiently

  • A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy

  • A customer-focused approach, ensuring a positive experience at all times

  • Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively

  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
